Last weekend I did something out of my comfort zone, which is such an important thing to do for personal growth but also so hard! I had a stall at the Awakening the Moon Spiritual and Wellbeing Fair at the South of England Showground (why would I start small...??!). I combined Reiki and handmade gifts - two passions of mine - and it was such an incredible day.

Lots of people came over and talked about Reiki and were so lovely and engaging. For my first time putting myself out there physically rather than online, it was just beautiful to share the magic and benefits of Reiki and feel confident and happy.

My handmade items ranged from crystal tree of life suncatchers to Reiki angels, macrame wall hangings, macrame dreamcatchers, crystal tree, selenite smudging fan and copper spiral rings. All items were lovingly infused with Reiki energy before the fair and as I wrapped and handed them to my lovely customers. People were so kind about my talents - do you feel awkward receiving compliments?? I was just filled with so much goodness from the day and the feedback of all the people who visited my stall.
The stall next to me was run by Karen and Rebecca of K&R Heart Led Reiki Training & Events. They are a fantastic collaboration and teach Reiki together which is amazing! When the three of us get together you can be sure there is magic and mayhem!!!

Rebecca is gorgeous and I met her via Karen and she does online Reiki around the full and new moons (amongst other offerings). These sessions are so special and an opportunity for me to receive Reiki.
Karen taught me Reiki I & II and her support from day one has been awesome and she is always there if I need to share or question anything. She gifted me a beautiful handmade womb goddess from another artisan at the fair and I was touched deeply by the thoughtfulness and synchronicity of this stunning piece. She saw it and was called to buy it for me for my women-only Reiki offering.

I was delighted to cover my costs, and more at the end of the day and I will definitely be doing more fairs. The worst part is the tidying up afterwards and then where to put it all when I got home but that's all done and ready to pull out for next time. I feel so blessed on this journey and the opportunities that are arising for me as I go deeper into my practice. Watch this space for my next update.... it is so exciting!!!
