Gratitude

As we near the end of 2025 and I reflect on my Reiki journey which started back in January, I am just so grateful to everyone who has been with me along the way and encouraged and supported me. When I did Reiki I in January I didn't think I would end up starting my own business and the fact that I have found the confidence in myself, fuelled by my absolute belief in the healing power of Reiki, is just amazing.

I have met and connected with some incredible women this year through Reiki and have had some fantastic experiences. Visiting Glastonbury in the summer and deeply feeling the mind-blowing energy at the Tor has changed me on a soul level. Meeting William Rand and hearing him speak about his most incredible life experiences was humbling. Attending the Rebecca Campbell Unbound ceremony was liberating. Having a stall at my first spiritual and wellbeing fair and selling handmade macrame items and chatting about Reiki was confidence building. Putting myself out there on social media and getting so many bookings in the diary was initially very scary but out of that I have some beautiful clients, recommendations and now people finding me from googling reiki!!

The most recent huge step of purchasing a fabulous Hully pod to run my healing business from has given me cause for a huge amount of gratitude. Having the financial means to purchase the pod, having a supportive hubby who doesn’t ‘get’ reiki at all but is proud of my achievements, having space in the garden for the pod to sit with convenient rear access and easy parking for clients, I am a very lucky girl but I also recognise that I have worked so hard for this (literally with the ground work which I did most of myself) and it is all aligned on the path I am on.

Today I welcomed my first client to the pod and even though the pathway is still weed membrane and the pod still needs to be properly furnished inside, the energy was beautiful and the space felt perfect. The next couple of weeks will involve finishing off inside the pod and laying a proper path to the door and then I will share photos.

This time last year if you’d told me I’d be running my own business, I wouldn’t have believed it for a moment. I have grown and developed and shed layers and faced anxieties this year and it has been THE best experience.
